Chorus

The Aiken High Chorus is in High Demand these days. Select students from the advance chorus were invited to provide entertainment for the North Aiken Elementary's Mother's Day Program on May 9th. Their selections included Spirituals, Secular music, Classical, and the traditional singing of The Lutkin. Aiken High Chorus is currently preparing to perform in New York in October. The chorus was invited to sing at the 9/11 site during the ceremony in New York.

The Aiken Chorus was well received by the North Aiken Elementary Community.  Here is what the principal of North Aiken Elementary, wrote to Mr. Cofer in reference to the performance: 

I just wanted to thank you for the Aiken High Chorus performance today at North Aiken....they were SO impressive!  I couldn't believe how advanced they were...I wasn't expecting such a great performance!

I've already sent word to Mr. Cofer that you all did an awesome job and that we would love to have you come back soon!!
